Thanks AB. I have four months before I spend two weeks on the Allure. Looking forward to it. Thanks for posting the photos. She is coming along nicely.

I noticed they haven't made the little extension to the breaker ahead of the lifeboats yet?? I wonder if they intend to still make that modification?

Interesting the first lifeboat is missing, just like with OASIS after the crossing.

I think it's a special, reinforced design for ALLURE so perhaps it's not completed yet?

That's interesting because Oasis carries a total of 18 lifeboats, 9 per side. Allure seems to carry 20 in total, 10 per side with the two forward ones missing on these shots.

The extra lifeboat appears to be in the 7th position provided the first empty space is eventually filled with a boat. Surely they don't plan on leaving that space empty? It doesn't look right.

Hey Carlos,
One of our resident experts was kind enough to email me and explain what is going on. The FRB's, or "Fast Rescue Boats" will be positioned in forward most slots on each side. This will eliminate the need to built up the hull in this area as was done with OASIS.

If nothing else, now we will always have a way to tell the difference between OASIS and ALLURE. I wonder if there will be any other external differences?

When is the crossing scheduled? With all the hurricanes keeping in the Atlantic for most part this season,just curious if it will encounter rough seas as did Oasis. On another site I see one of HAL's ships encountered so very rough weather recently.

Hi again, so we are back from the setrial. It went really good, ship is now in better shape than Oasis was when she left to caribbean last year. All the things look better to fron tehnical point of view. I took some pics to, i was trying to take a littlebit different images, so you tell me did i succeed?
