There is a parking garage at the cruise terminal but it is expensive. Parking in Amsterdam is very expensive. About 48 Euro per 24 hours. I'm not sure if there is a special price for cruisers but I do not think so.

You can find more info about parking in Amsterdam overhere

More info about the cruiseterminal is overhere

I don't know where exactly in the north of France you live but there Thalys and/or Eurostar train might be a good alternative instead. The cruise terminal is right next to the Central Station, or one stop with the tram.

Considering the parking rates offered it might safe you a lot of money after all

Eurostar only go's to Brussels, Thalys is a direct train to Amsterdam. So Thalys is the better alternative fore you're car.

Bon Voyage, Ben.

You can take the Eurostar from Lille to Brussels and change trains overthere.
