Is that TV new or did they really just take it off, clean it, and put it back? That's what the slideshow seemed to show but that seems like an awful lot of work for such a little task.

Those "jet engines" were the brilliant idea of the Princess marketing guys messing with the shipbuilding team. They wanted to visually communicate that the ship had gas turbine engines and are more environmentally friendly. Even though the turbines are not visible outside the ship, they decided to put those ridiculous fake pods on the funnel so dumb people will think there are jet engines pushing the ship from the funnel.

There only dumb until someone tries it for real and discovers that it is more efficient to push the air than the water, lol.
