It seems TUI's new ship for the German market (currently sailing as Galaxy for Celebrity) will be getting a significant remodelling, in addition to the main dining room she will also have a steakhouse, sushi bar, tapas bar, seafood restaurant and an Italian bistro. Seeing as she currently has only the main dining room and a casual buffet restaurant they are obviously going to spend a lot of cash on her.

Please not the grey and blue livery though.

Well givem that Ruby Princess costs about $350,000,000 then $75,000,000 is a very extensive refit, she may look totally different when complete.

Ever heard of Princess Cruises ?

They have been around over thirty years and the Ruby Princess is one of their ships.

She entered service last year and is 113,000 grt.

She carries 3,100 passengers !

For what it's worth, "Ruby Princess" did not enter service last year as she is still nearing completion at Fincantieri shipyards in Italy.

Princess started operating in 1965 with the chartered Canadian Pasiffic vessel Princess Patricia.
