Looks as though she should belong to Louis Cruises. See Florida Today.

More about this ship on FOF. Seems this has taken a while to get going, read the centre of this report.

I have never seen any of Louis Cruises ships looking like this !

Their fleet is either the older classic passenger ships or newer cruise ships of which a number are chartered out to other companies or operated by themselves !

Don't get it either (I could be dense though). Louis Ship's do not have hull art from what I know (that could have changed)

This ship does remind me of the NCL Star.

I agree.

Some of the Louis Cruises ships might have a single flash in red and blue on their hulls each side but nothing else !

Only SEA DIAMOND had a wavy line on her hull, left over from her Birka days. Louis subsequently tried it on ORIENT QUEEN and possibly one or two others, but for only a short time. None has that art feature now.
