Whereabouts in Rotterdam harbour will she be located? Wherever it is, will it be her long-term berth, or is she going somewhere for further internal work before moving to her eventual display location?

She'll pass Hook of Holland at 14:30 (there are some webcams) and she'll be in Rotterdam at 9 in the evening.

The provisional schedule is:
Saturday 2 August 06.00 am departure from Wilhelmshaven.
Monday 4 August:
between 14.00 and 15.00 arrival at Maas Pilot Station, 16.00 arrival at Hook of Holland, 21.00 arrival at Maashaven, being the future berth.

But . . . . if the wind will be more than 5 Beaufort, it all will be delayed.

Be aware that Wilhelmshaven Port Authority is reponsible if anything goes wrong during departure and like Elemans said in the newspare, it all depends on the weather.
The wind inland are quite different than the wind at sea, so I will rely on the information given by Wilhelmshaven Port Authority.

I am already working on this for weeks, as I have chartered a boat to welcome the Rotterdam at Maas Pilot Station and to accompany her to Maashaven. I knew this schedule already for some days.

Well Ben, I kept it silent untill it was confirmed by both port authorities.
I only sent the schedule to the friends which I invited to join on the boattrip.

It had no use to publish before the confirmation by De Rotterdam BV.
If I had done so, you would have accused my of spreading rumours

I have become very sceptical with the sayings from De Rotterdam BV.

I do remember the time the ship was towed from Cadiz to Gdansk. That voyage could be folowed via a webcam on the tug. They told so with all hands they had on their heart.
After all, there was no webcam at all and they also did not give any or very little information.

So yes, it would be very nice if they are now telling the truth and will show that information on their website.
