A colleague of mine went on a cruise on the "MSC Armonia" from 13 to 20 may recently, but the ship couldn't stop in the last two ports and limped very slowly back to venice arriving late, because of "engine troubles".
IT was also said the next cruise(s?) were cancelled because of drydock.
HAs anyone more info ? I haven't heard or read a thing here.

She was due at Santorini today (cruisecal gives her times as 07:00 to 13:00) and checking this webcam (http://www.santorini.info/webcam/) this morning I certainly thought I saw her then. She's not visible now, of course, which would fit with her keeping to her planned schedule.

(Good webcam, I think.)

She's due at Mykonos at 7pm this evening. Unfortunately this webcam (http://www.mykon.net/mtest/index.php) doesn't show the new dock at Tourlas - the webcam apparenty showing a dock is actually looking at the old harbour, on the north side of the main bay (still in use as a ferry port). However, sometimes ships that tender are visible in that shot, somewhere off-shore.

She had loads of "engine troubles" when she was brand new as the European Vision, as I know to my cost! Eric

She's defintely docked at Tourlas in Mykonos (18:00 BST). I found a very dodgy webcam on board Costa Marina (also at Mykonos) which gave a view of that steep 'open verandah' stern that Armonia & Sinfonia have.

So she appears to have been operating on schedule today.

Reading the Spanish forums it appears she had a propulsion problem with one engine; as Johan states they sailed straight back to Venice. People were not happy as apparently disembarkation and flight arrangements were a mess.

Anyhow she had one week off for repairs and recommenced sailing this week. It appears people thought she would be out for a month, but that was probably speculation on their part.

She did have problems initially, I recall your debacle with Festival Eric, but I am not sure there has really been anything significant since?
