Now Grand Princess is berthed one can see a vessl in dry dock. This looks like either Thomson Spirit or Celebration to me? Can't be Spirit as I just read a review this month, so is Celebration in Dry Dock there. Someone must have some nice photos from one of the harbour trips.

Due to drydock in Barcelona this month is Sea Dream 1 although the ship in dock looks larger than her.

That is not Sea Dream I. I am going to stake my life on Thomson Celebration

Checking Thomson's site she is not sailing at present; recommencing cruises on 25 May. Maybe BCN Normandie or Cruceromania can you tell us who she is for sure please?

Here's a slightly clearer grab from Grand Princess as Coral depared Barcelona this afternoon.

and blown up I think is it definitely her as even the 'dome' is there.

I embarked in VOTS on that busy day in Barcelona's port. Out of the picture was the Crystal Serenity and other Aida's ship (World Trade Center Terminal) and ahead QM2 was Asuka II.

Regarding the ship at the Union de Levante docks, the embarking day I think it was SeaDream I; today was Thomson Celebration.

The AIDA diva looks like she does not belong on that pier. All the other ships look like they are bullying her.

It is Thomson Celeration. I know this for a fact as was on her in Jan and was speaking with an engineer who was on board surveying her. They are replacing all the hot and cold water pipes throughout the ship. Apparantly the original pipes run through some sewage tanks and are beginning to corrode and leak through. Apart from this they I believe are doing a refit to include some furnishings and long needed carpet replacements.
When I was on her this year she was indeed looking a bit worn out and tired.

Who "owns" Celebration ?
I thought it was Louis since they own Spirit, its sister ship. But they dont.

She is still owned by the Holland America Line and is chartered to Thomson Cruises.
