Just Surfing yesterday amongst the fury of shipping websites and stumbled across a Samsung Heavy Industrys ship, anyone know what company actually will sail it or what ship it is or is going to be?

Interesting... But this ship looks like a poorly designed ferry. And only 40 passengers for a 140m+ ship is very weird.

To me she looks like an Easyjet ship. Small, simple and with somewhat the same profile. Or sometimes you hear that shipyards design their own ships and later sell the general idea of it.

If you go into this website there is mention of another passenger ship design concept for Easy Cruise.

The concept is for a 7,000grt ship which is designed to carry 504 passengers.

The length of the ship is only 100 mtrs and her service speed is given as 15 knots.
