If NCL had added some windows (or fake windows) in the the vast blank wall under the bridge, her looks would be improved dramatically. I'm not good a photoshop, but trust me it would have made a lot of difference.
However, internally she is pretty impressive most people agree.

Yes she looks great disappearing over the horizon and also looks great from above!

The above suggested changes are of course not feasible - and I am not a big friend of painting 'fake' openings (windows, balconies) on this part of the superstructure. It is nevertheless surprising that NCL did not deploy some hull art to fill these large 'empty' areas on the front of the superstructure - this probably would help quite a bit.

There was only one hull obtained, along a pile of parts from Project America. The hull became Pride of America and the parts were incorporated into Pride of Hawaii so she could be US registered.

I wonder how many 'parts' it takes to make a ship Amrican?

A severe storm. She has been flooded via openings near the water level. The yard then went bancrupt as NCL held the payment back - they nevertheless came to an agreement and could finish the ship.(I wonder how much WD-40 they used to clean up that mess...)

POAs inspiration seems to have been the rebuilt Royal Mail Amazon Class ships of 1960-after they were converted into car carriers.
