The physical ship by itself can't be worth more than $25 million USD at the high end, and Orient Lines as a whole could probably fetch around $35 million USD.
However, in the past, NCL has placed a much higher price tag on Orient (in the region of $55-65 million USD) and unless they're willing to make some concessions, I doubt a buyer will be found.

Maybe it was not very profitable? If so who else would dare to try to run it? I can see the ship itself may be attractive for another brand, but the likes of Olsen and Saga have already invested in more tonnage.
Saga and Olsen already have an established market (Saga the over 50s and Olsen have been operating in the UK for ever).
I doubt a buyer will be found at anywhere near the price NCL want.
The mistake with Royal Viking was 3 older ships that while beautiful did not meet market requirements any longer with higher costs of course. And of course the RV royalists did not want to cruise with NCL once changes were made so they simply went elsewhere, Seabourne etc. Another boob.
Royal cruise line was a similar issue and of course by the time they had worked out what NCL should be about (Freestyle) post Star non of the hardware could deliver.
