There will be a cruise from Honolulu to Sydney and Sydney to Singapore with a few round trips from Sydney inbetween. One of these will be to south pacific islands and another two New Zealand cruises.

Prices seem a little steep (ecruising has Sapphire Princess advertised for $2099 for a 12 nighter Aust NZ), butthey're smart for choosing earlier departure dates to avoid direct competition with Princess on the Aust/NZ run, and this short season is directly followed by Celebrity's Mercury.

Interesting to see how each company goes this/next year. We have Princess, HAL, Celebrity and now RCI all offering similar/same itineraries. I wonder if demand will be high or will we see some good last minute specials?!
Unfortunately the ‘Oz’ market is probably a 'sellers' one at present, with more demand than ships. However, as competition slowly increases you would hope that it would switch to a 'buyers' one. It may take some time though.
I am tempted to go for a RCCL cruise and will have to think hard about going as I have sailed with P&O and Princess and know and love their style and am not sure what I will be in for with RCCL.

Mate take the plunge! Try the RCI cruise...even though Princess is great I could see myself getting a bit bored on another 14 night cruise to pretty much the same destinations (Aust/NZ) and on pretty much the same ship.
The Syd-Singapore sounds good and relatively cheaper...but not sure if i'd like the other passenger type (seems bit more mature clients over something like the schoolies cruise). Would make it difficult to go with friends who are between 18-21 (ie cant buy alcohol) and who want to party everynight...and not with more mature people.
