I have been on the Costa Clasica and the Cost Victoria and they were both wonderful vessels. I’m planning a future cruise on Costa and am considering these two vessels rather than their new mega-ships.

They were intended for a conversion for Regency Cruises, but this never happened. Costa rebuilt them in 1990 (Marina) and 1992 (Allegra).

On top of that they are two of the ugliest ships ever to be built/re-built. It seems like the designers TRIED to make them ugly.
