Hi everyone

I just updated my website Romain's Photo Albums with hundreds of pictures I took in Vancouver this summer. This includes pictures of Radiance, Serenade and Vision of the Seas at Ballantyme pier, pictures of Radiance of the Seas & Island Princess leaving the city taken from the Lookout! Tower, and pictures of Serenade of the Seas, Veendam, Norwegian Sun and Infinity while they were passing under Lions Gate Bridge...

The URL is http://www.ifrance.com/rccldesign/

Enjoy!
Romain

Great pictures, thanks!

There is an irritation, though, in the repeated popups that your webhost generates about once every 30 seconds. Not your fault, I know, but Grrrr!

I loved this one - from knowing exactly what all the cruise staff are doing standing in a line by the pool.

thank you all for your kind comments.

Keitaro --> couldn't find your pics in the gallery.. where are they? I'd love to see them. And do you live in Vancouver or what? because that's what I thought (or is it Portland?)...

6263866 --> do I know you?

Globaliser --> sorry about the pop-ups. I have never seen them as my browser features a pop-up blocker. I suggest you download one! It's very useful.
Could you tell us more about this crew line?

thanks again, Romain

Thanks - but pop-up blockers kill some pop-ups that I do want, so I just live with the annoyance, as it's seldom more than that.

The crew line is during the sailaway party - the CD gets the cruise staff to line up at one end of the pool and introduces them to whoever can be bothered to pay any attention. IME, that means about 0.5% of the pax. But if (like me) you intend to interact with the cruise staff during your cruise, it's a good time to clock some names and faces, which is a good way of getting conversation started later. Especially if you then dance with them when they re-start the music.

An even better way is recognising cruise staff from a previous cruise. Then you can get them to introduce you to others etc. Before you know it, you're part of the ship.

A great web site. I did not realise that RCI's Miami office was 'Crown & Ancore' shaped!

thanks for the info globaliser. I had not even noticed the line before you mentionned it.
Keitaro, thanx for the links - I am impatient ot see your Infinity pix. The link to your part 2 is a future link to part 3 though. too bad you haven't had the chance to photograph RCI ships.
6263866, I was asking that because your "writing style" reminded me of another contact. Glad you like my website. It's true that I don't advertise for it any longer because I have the feeling I'm repeating myself and because I get blamed by board administrators when I do (not here, but other large boards I won't quote). It's actually better if people like you do it rather than me... so thank you!
Malcom, I am surprised!!! Everybody should know that
