Our Readers Reviews (menu left) have lots of reviews of other Carnival vessels. These will give you a good idea about the Carnival product in general.

Carnival fans, which class is Miracle? What Carnival ships is she similar too?

The Carnival Miracle is a just launched Spirit Class Ship. Her older sisters are the Carnival Spirit, Carnival Legend & Carnival Pride. They are about 88,000 Tons and were built with the thought of Alaska and Panama Canal sailings. Off season they spend their time in the Caribbean or western Mexico.

CARNIVAL MIRACLE is the forth and final ship in the Spirit Class series for Carnival. Other Carnival ships with the same design are :
CARNIVAL SPIRIT
CARNIVAL PRIDE
CARNIVAL LEGEND

There are also two Costa ships with the same design:
COSTA ATLANTICA
COSTA MEDITERRANEA

Each of the ships has a different interior design by Joe Farcus, but the layout and exterior is basically identical.

Here are two links which will provide you with more information about MIRACLE, not too mention hundreds of photos.

Here.

and Here.

All first timers fear this. Don't worry these ships are Biiiiiigggggg! They normally sail in calm seas, so sea-sickness is not normally an issue.

If you are still worried, take some tablets with you. If you were really ill onboard, the ships Doc has a magic injection if required. It is well worth the fee.

By the way, Carnival is the Las Vegas of the seas, so you should be in for a fun time!

Do come back to us after the cruise and let us know how it went. You can even write a 'Readers Review', if you wish - our first on this vessel.

Carnival Miracle arrives Jacksonville with only a six-foot clearance under the Dames Point Bridge. Local interest had been so high that police decided to close the bridge to traffic while the ship was near in order to avoid accidents by drivers who would be looking at the ship instead of watching the traffic.
