Is the ship the Horizon or Zenith? In Grenada. And the picture is from the stern of the Costa Marina.

I wasn't going to acknowledge partial answers, because, given that this pic was taken today, once you know one of the 3 answers, the other 2 are pretty easy to find. But this thread hasn't exactly been setting the board on fire, so...
