This photo appears in the August "Port News" for Ports of Auckland.

Can you name the 3 cruise ships?

My guesses from closest to farthest:

1. THE WORLD of ResidenSea
2. SILVER SHADOW or WHISPER of Silversea Cruises
3. EUROPA IV of Hapag-Lloyd?

It's definately The World & Europa [there's a nice album of Europa in Lyttleton back in Feb here ]. I would guess the other is Silver Whisper though as I recall some ads for cruising on her there during the Americas Cup.

Congratulations to all....the ships are indeed The World, Silver Whisper and Europa taken in February this year. Thanks in part to the America's Cup, Auckland enjoyed another successful cruise season with a total of 37 visits by 21 ships with 53,000 passengers. We are now looking forward to the coming season starting November 14 with
the arrival of Pacific Princess, and the first of four calls of Star Princess on November 23.
