Three more days until we sail on the Disney Magic Western Carib itinerary. I never hear anybody mention them on this board...maybe not exactly the traditional cruise experience, but we'll see. With three little kids hopefully this is the way to go. I have sailed many times since I was a child on many different lines (Carnival to Seaborn!) so will be interesting to compare this experience. Will report when I get back...

When Disney cruises first began, there were a few minor problems i.e. mediocre food and a lack of entertainment for adults. However, they soon got their act together.

The ships are an amazing concept and I have since heard a number of good reports about them. I think you will have a great time. Please do report back.

I look forward to your review. I am sure you'll have a great time, I don't think I've ever read a *bad* overall review of Disney, just the odd niggle. The cruises cost a bit more, but worth it, seems to be the general opinion.
A cousin of mine who lives in NC went last year with her 2 youngsters, their 1st cruise, and had the best holiday ever

I understand quite a fair proportion of childless couples go too.

Hello,

I hope you have a very good time.

However I do not see how one of these cruises could possibly be worth the outrageous price.

I would never take one, but that is just me.
