I was on the "Silver Whisper's" first transatlantic cruise last fall. It left Dublin, bound for New York, on 9/11, docking ultimately at Philadelphia instead for obvious reasons. I've not been able to manage a narrative review of the experience, but I did take a lot of digital photos, which I've finally finished posting at:

The galleries include photos of many public rooms on the ship, my suite, shore tours in the Faroe Islands and Iceland, and many loving photos of various meals I consumed.

Hello,

Wonderful photos of what must have been a very bittersweet cruise...

Although if your attitude was like mine and that of lots of people I know, after making sure all family and friends were OK, the next thing was to go on with doing things we enjoy, in defiance!
