Hi everyone!
We had a wonderful cruise on the Radiance. Beautiful ship, PERFECT service, nice weather, great food. No Grand Midnight Buffet, which surprised use, since last year's 3 night on the Vision of the Seas had one. NO Lobster tails! I get the feeling Royal Caribbean is trying to save money
We were very impressed with the ship and crew. The Captain was very entertaining. He sang to us at the Captains's Cocktail Party. I don't think anyone with plans to go on the Radiance will be disappointed.

Hello Mercy

Glad you had a great time on the Radiance of the Seas, you will be delighted that you are getting the opportunity to cruise nearer to home now. Its a pity that Royal Caribbean are trying to cut corners but it seems to be a sign of the times these days, squeezing as much profit as possible, I have seen it with P&O as well, apart from all that its still a great feeling though being on a ship right!!

Cheers
Mary

Mercy: Glad you had a good time and returned safely. On the Vision this past January we were a bit dissapointed to find out (too late) that when at Aruba when most people were a shore for dinner they had lobster. We were on horseback on the beach for a sunset ride. Great ride and we were doing what we wanted but were quite dissapointed when we returned. RCI saved quite a bit that night! Kevin
Will you post a review?

Mercy:

I'm glad to hear you had a good time overall. I have to agree on the cutbacks. On our 10 day Princess cruise we didn't have any midnight buffets, no less a grand buffet. We certainly didn't go hungry but that's not the point.

Anyway, welcome home and if you have time post a review. I'd like to read some more details of the ship.

Joan

When your on the ship, it's staying up until 2 am and waking up at 6 am to see the ship go under the Lion's Gate Bridge in Vancouver! I am also going to post some photos online. I will let you know where.
