I certainly appreciate the photographs that you posted. I don't know what the difference was in the photographs...lighting perhaps? But I did notice a tremendous difference. I don't think it is a matter of being impartial. Although, I have gathered from previous posts that you aren't particularly found of Carnival. But photographs are different. They are not a matter of impartiality. They are simply a captured vision of the real thing. Did the lighting seem different to you in the Masa photographs?

I disagree with you, because they don't show the WHOLE reality of her, my photos do.

AJL -- I think your pictures were great, and I appreciate you sharing them with us.
I do, however, think that the ship looks much nicer in the Mesa pictures. I think the other ones tend to show some of the wilder details, which without seeing the overall room tends to lead to a distorted impression.
Nathan: How could I say this... Well, if you order a brochure let's say from Royal Olympic Cruises, the pics of their ship (for example the World Renaissance) will look absolutely great. But, it's also possible that there are some surprises what you can't see in the brochure, like example worn safety equipment and chewing gum on the walls. She was even suspended from traffic because of her safety equipment. This was just an example.
What I want to say is that the company that owns a ship (or any other company with any other kind of product) will surely want to show the best sides about their product - not anything that would make the public say: "I don't like that."
The photos on Masa's page are from the most ordinary looking places - nothing out of the ordinary or boisterous. In fact, those pics present the parts of the Spirit that I personally like the most, like I have said, the Gym, the dining room, the show room, and the atrium under the red glass dome. Someone may say that those aren't "ordinary places", but in the Spirit they are, those places what you can't see on the Masa's page are really boisterous and extraordinary.
By the way, the places you can see on Masa's page you can see also on my page, so I have taken pics from those places, not just of the wild ones.
