If anybody has any questions, I'm glad to answer them. I'll post a review later. I did end up getting sick on board (toward the very end of the cruise) so I'll write more when I'm feeling better. Oh well. At least it happened at the end and not at the beginning!
We did see the International Ambassador's desk near the purser's desk and noticed that they were talking with people frequently. (I don't know what types of services they provided though or how helpful they are since we didn't use them.)
There was an instance while we were playing Bingo (for a $7000 jackpot!!!!) and several of the players spoke only Spanish, so the the cruise staff members that spoke Spanish sat with these players and helped them.
Since I speak English, I didn't really pay any attention to anything else related to this topic. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help to you.
