Ladies and Gentlemen allow me to introduce to you the newest member of our organization of fellow cruisers, a super hybrid cruiser that was conceived on Voyager of the Seas, Deck 6 in cabin 6601 on December 1st, 1999.I give you, EVAN MATTHEW, born on September 4, 2000 at 1218am P.S.T. (As champagne bottles open.)
Evan weighs in at 8 pounds 14 ounces, and is 22 inches long (for the Europeans out there we don't use the metric system here enough as you can tell). Mom is recovering well after suffering some minor complications during the birth. She will be discharged from the hospital on Sept. 7. Baby is very healthy and strong (relieved). Ten days late is better than never.
To help pass the time in the hospital I have brought my wife numerous cruise brochures and daily TravelPage printouts of the hottest topics.
Thank you for your concern and well wishes, they really do mean alot to us and we appreciate it very much!

For boys names I always liked Evan but thought about naming him after our waiter on Voyager, Burak from Turkey. My wife wanted Evan though.
Will you please post a picture of Evan on the BB. We would all like to see him.

Paddy.
May the rain fall gently on Evans’ path, the wind be always at his back, the sun always shine upon his face and may his seas be always calm.
